Booking and Refund Policy
Boarding offers
- Offers are provided based on our availability for the dates you have requested.
- Change of booking dates is dependent on availability, and cannot be guaranteed.
- A Boarding agreement will be attached to your invoice, which you agree to by accepting your booking.
Booking confirmation
- Bookings are held for 72 hrs (3 days) pending payment in full.
- Payment can be made by bank deposit as per your invoice.
- Visa or Mastercard payments can be made by phone.
Booking changes
- No refunds for early returns or shortened bookings.
- Variations to animal type or quantity can only be accommodated if a suitable kennel is available
Cancellations:
Off Peak:
- $60 non-refundable admin fee for all cancellations
Peak bookings (Christmas / New Year):
- $100 non-refundable with at least 2 months notice
- 50% refund with at least 1 month’s notice
- NO refund with less than 1 month notice of arrival date
COVID:
- The refund policy applies as stated if your planned destination goes into lockdown. Please have an alternate travel plan.
- If LOCAL lockdown: a full refund or credit is available
